The Steeple Pilots are First Congregational Church's middle and high school band. The group performs popular and church appropriate music during services. The song selection focuses on music that the group is inspired by and incorporates Christian value messages. Practices are weekly, matching the school calendar.

The band has guitars, drums and percussion, keyboards, horns, and vocals. The musicians have a range of skills. The emphasis is on fun and developing musicianship and stage presence, while connecting the musician's closer to First Congregational Church.

Andy Sykes
Andy Sykes is a life long musician and music enthusiast. Growing up with the opportunity to perform in church provided musical development and performance skills that became a good foundation for life. That is something he felt was important to pass on to his 3 children and the First Congregational Church community.

The response to The Steeple Pilots and their rapid development has been extremely gratifying for him. Andy, his wife, Jill, and their children, have attended First Congregational Church since they moved to Holliston four years ago. The community welcomed them and offered them opportunities to contribute their spiritual and creative energy. They look forward to their time at First Congregational Church.
